“The Twins” Tazio and Enza are an adorable duo that can’t be separated. They came from the same background- rescued from a hoarding home- and have grown a close bond ever since moving to the cat lounge at Safe Haven. Both a tad skittish at first, but super talkative, friendly, and playful once accepting of your friendship. Treats are a great way to their hearts, specifically squeeze ups! When they aren’t chasing toys around the sanctuary or interacting with other kitties, they’re curled up as close as possible. Sometimes even with tails intertwined! We don’t have any proof if they are actually related, but they’re certainly besties regardless. Enza loves to sing/chirp at people for attention, and lounge in the sunshine without a care in the world. Tazio has been through quite a bit of health challenges over the years, but he has come out the other side stronger than ever. He is a 2-time FIP survivor. FIP, feline peritonitis, is an often fatal condition that requires intense treatment to overcome. He’s been in remission for some time now, but we would want his adopter to research the condition to understand all that he has been through. You may notice his curly tail as well- this is just how he was born and it just makes him extra cute! The pair would do best in a calm/quieter home, and do well with other friendly felines.
