DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun\, relaxing Halloween-themed meditation session with kitties led by Inner Dimensions Wellness!  ?‍⬛ Cats are Masters of Meditation! Whether it’s sitting motionless\, gazing for hours or using their purring abilities to effectuate calm and relieve stress. ☁️ ? They maintain an alpha mode throughout most of their waking hours – we humans call it our “Zen Zone”. Enjoy a relaxing hour while the kitties at Safe Haven roam about\, delighting us with their presence. Attendees are welcome to arrive in your coziest Halloween PJ’s\, or simple costumes- but *nothing that could scare our cats* (I.e. masks). Bring a blanket or pillow from home or use ones provided.  Yoga mats will also be available\, though you may bring your own. 70% of ticket sales are donated by Inner Dimensions Wellness to Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary!!
