DESCRIPTION:There is a separate ticket link & time slots for cats or dogs to reduce stress on the animals. If you bring your animal in during the wrong time slot you will be asked to come back at the correct time. This is a first come\, first serve event. You can come in any time during the assigned time slots. Dogs may arrive no later than 1:45\, cats may arrive no later than 3:45. \n \nDogs: 1pm-2pm\nCats: 2pm-4pm \nEach animal will receive a brief wellness exam for $25 which will be paid in advance through the ticket link to secure your spot. If you will be bringing more than one pet\, please purchase one ticket per animal. Tickets are nonrefundable and unable to be moved to future clinics. Please bring proof of current rabies vaccination unless receiving 1-year rabies at the time of service. Proof of prior rabies is required for 3 year booster.  \nAdd on other services to be paid at the time of service: \nCat or Dog Rabies Vaccines (required if not up to date on all pets over 16 weeks) \n\nRabies Vaccine 1yr –  $25 (legally required)\nRabies Vaccine 3yr – $35 (proof of previous vaccine required)\n\nCat Vaccines \n\nFVRCP Vaccine – $20 (upper respiratory/infectious disease prevention)\nFeLV Vaccine – $25 (infections leukemia prevention\, negative test required)\nFeLV/FIV Test – $35 (tests for infectious immune disease)\n\nDog Vaccines \n\nDHPP Vaccine – $20 OR\nDHLPP Vaccine – $25 (upper respiratory/infections disease prevention or plus leptospirosis)\nBordetella Vaccine – $20 (kennel cough)\nHeartworm Test – $35 (tests for infection spread by mosquitos)\n\nPreventions for Dogs or Cats \n\nAdministered Pyrantel Dewormer – $7 (round and hookworm)\nAdministered Revolution – $20 (cat and small dog heartworm/flea/dewormer/earmites\, HW test required for dogs)\nWritten Rx Fee – $15 per prescription for heartworm or flea/tick (HW test required)\nMicrochip with Michelson Found Animals plus free lifetime registration – $30\n\nGrooming Services for Dogs or Cats \n\nNail Trim – $20\nEar Cleaning – $10\nAnal Glands – $25\n\n**Capstar required for any animal with active fleas – $10** \n*All pets MUST be on a leash or in a carrier.
