Kitties Launch Party!

Join us for the release of our first beer in our latest series.
This series was created to honor each member of our brew staff; allowing each brewery team member to create, author the recipe, brew, name, and market his or her own brew.
We can’t agree on a series name so for now it will be deemed the TBD Series!

The first release in our line-up is Kitties by Krystina. A self proclaimed cat lover, Krystina has been on our brew staff just under a decade and is combining her two favorite types of brews: pale ales and sour brews. Kitties is a sour pale ale that combines the tart, effervescent, and light bodied characters of a traditional Berlinerweiss and the fruity, tropical, and lush mild hop character of a New England style pale ale. Kitties was kettle soured with Lactobacillus and will feature late edition and dry hopping of Simcoe, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra hops. This lower ABV, filtered brew will be pleasantly tart and drinkable.

We are fortunate enough to be working with our neighbors, Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary for the launch and release of this brew. Join us on March 23rd beginning at 5 pm for the grand tapping of Kitties. Krystina will be coming out of bartending retirement and will be donating all gratuity to the Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary as well as $0.50 for every pint sold. Come out and celebrate the beer and the kitties….MEOW!
